I understand that plans sometimes change. The following policy is intended to provide clarity around bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for private sessions, classes and other live offerings.
BOOKINGS
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
For offerings that require dates or times to be arranged individually, I will contact you after your booking is received so that we can schedule your session or sessions together.
If you have any questions about an offering or are unsure whether it is appropriate for you, you are very welcome to contact me before booking.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session, please contact me as soon as possible.
Cancellations or requests to reschedule made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be moved to another available date or cancelled for a refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. Whenever reasonably possible, I will try to accommodate a request to reschedule rather than have you lose the session.
I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Exceptions to this policy may be made at my discretion depending on the individual circumstances.
If you do not attend a scheduled session without contacting me, the session is considered completed and is non-refundable.
MULTI-SESSION EXPERIENCES
For an offering consisting of several sessions, such as the Spiritual Hygiene, the booking is for the complete experience rather than for separate individual sessions.
Once the first session has taken place, the experience has begun and the remaining portion of the booking is non-refundable.
If one of the remaining sessions needs to be rescheduled, please contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduling will be accommodated whenever reasonably possible, while remaining within any completion period specified for that particular offering.
CLASSES & GROUP OFFERINGS
For classes, workshops or other group offerings held on specific dates, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the beginning of the offering may be cancelled for a refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the offering begins, as well as non-attendance, are non-refundable.
If an offering consists of multiple scheduled days, attendance at any part of the offering means that the offering has begun and the booking is thereafter non-refundable.
IF I NEED TO CANCEL
If I need to cancel or reschedule a session or offering, I will contact you as soon as possible.
You will be offered the opportunity to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible or appropriate, you will receive a refund for the session or portion of the offering that I am unable to provide.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible. Please be aware that the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
