Every modality has layers that cannot be captured in a few sentences. This space is an invitation to look more closely—to understand where each practice comes from, how it works, what it offers, and how I work with it.
You don’t need to understand every modality before experiencing the work. Follow what speaks to you, explore what makes you curious, and go as deeply as you wish.

Therapeutic Bodywork
I came to bodywork through the understanding that the body is not simply something we live in, it is constantly communicating. Tension, restriction, pain, posture and movement can all tell a story, and learning to listen to that story has shaped the way I work.
My foundation is neuro-muscular massage, a precise and highly focused approach to working with muscular tension and dysfunction. Traditionally, neuro-muscular work can feel quite clinical and is often performed without oil, with greater emphasis on technique than on the overall experience of the session. Over the years, I developed my own way of working around this foundation—integrating Swedish, lymphatic, sports and Thai massage, Trager work, aromatherapy and other approaches to create a more fluid and responsive experience. This allows me to adapt the work continuously, while maintaining the precision of neuro-muscular technique and responding to the needs of each individual body.
My work tends to be focused and specific. I am interested in where tension is being held, how different areas of the body influence one another, and what may be contributing to restriction or discomfort. At the same time, bodywork does not need to be forceful to be effective. Sometimes the body responds to precise deeper work; at other times it needs movement, softness, stillness or simply enough space to let go.
Over the years, I have worked with people seeking relief from physical tension and functional discomfort, athletes placing particular demands on their bodies, and people simply wanting to feel more comfortable and connected within themselves. Each body is different, and each session develops from what is present rather than from a predetermined routine.
For me, therapeutic bodywork is ultimately a conversation through touch: listening first, responding with intention, and allowing the body to show the way.

Divine Intervention – Spontaneous Remission
Divine Intervention – Spontaneous Remission (DI) is an energetic and spiritual healing modality through which I create and hold a space for Source—however you understand or name Source—to participate directly in the healing process. My role is not to determine what healing should look like, but to remain present, without judgment or expectation, and allow the work to reveal where it needs to go.
A DI session is also a process of deep inquiry. I ask many questions—sometimes a great many. We follow the answers, the patterns beneath them, and what emerges along the way. Rather than my deciding where the source of an ailment lies, the person receiving the work gradually leads me toward it through their own responses. We may move through layers of experiences, emotions, beliefs and patterns until we reach something deeper than what was initially visible.
Alongside this process, I work with specific dimensions and energetic frequencies that I have been trained to access. I remain attentive to what is occurring on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels while allowing the work itself to guide what happens next.
This requires surrender from me as much as presence. I cannot enter a session believing that I already know the answer, force an outcome, or decide what another person needs. Every person brings their own history and process. I listen, question, observe and hold the space while allowing what needs attention to reveal itself.
DI can be experienced in person or at a distance, and I approach it as a process rather than a single isolated session. When I work with someone through Divine Intervention – Spontaneous Remission, I ask for a commitment to a minimum series of 28–32 sessions, giving us the time and space to work through what emerges layer by layer.
Perhaps this is what I value most about the work: I don’t need to know in advance where a session will lead. I need to be present enough to ask, listen, follow—and recognize what is asking to be seen.

The Quickening
The Quickening Foundation, developed by Dr. Suzan Rossi, is an extensive body of energetic and spiritual work encompassing clearing, transformation, Guidance, integration, dimensional work and practices designed to support the individual on many different levels.
What I love most about The Quickening is its extraordinary breadth. There is rarely only one way into what a person is experiencing. Depending on what presents itself, I can draw from different parts of the work, combine practices, or create a session specifically for the individual. Some processes are extensive; others can be experienced independently and very specifically. The work meets the person where they are.
Spiritual Hygiene
Spiritual Hygiene is one of the most comprehensive processes within The Quickening. It moves through an extraordinary range of what we accumulate through life—through experiences, relationships, environments, beliefs, patterns and energetic connections.
What makes Spiritual Hygiene particularly beautiful to me is its completeness. It is intended as a one-time comprehensive process, rather than something that needs to be continually repeated. Throughout the prayers, the work is established as constant and continuing through time. I think of it almost as something living—something that continues to grow and breathe alongside the person.
The process itself can also be customized. Depending upon what is presenting, I may create specific prayers, Angelic Templates and transmutations for the individual, allowing the work to respond to what is actually there rather than applying exactly the same process to everyone.
Customized Work
One of the aspects of The Quickening I value most is the ability to create work specifically for the individual. Not everything needs to come from an existing process. Depending on what is presenting in a person’s life, I can develop customized prayers, transmutations and Angelic Templates directed toward the particular area that needs attention.
The possibilities are extensive because our challenges rarely exist in isolation. The work may center around abundance and money, abuse, addictions, communication, intimacy, forgiveness, relationships with parents, emotions, rage, responsibility, personal will and power, or the ability to express ourselves through speaking, writing or performing, among many other areas.
Rather than choosing a practice simply because it belongs to a particular category, I look at what is happening for the individual and what lies beneath it. From there, prayers, transmutations and Angelic Templates can be selected or created around the specific patterns and needs that emerge.
This is one of the reasons I experience The Quickening as such a living body of work: it gives me both an extensive foundation to work from and the freedom to respond to the person in front of me.
Guidance
The Quickening also works extensively with Guidance. As we change, some of the beings who have accompanied us may have completed their purpose, others may remain, and new Guidance may become appropriate for where we are now. When needed, I can facilitate a Guidance Change to support that transition.
Their roles touch different aspects of how we process, integrate, transform and navigate our experiences. Their presence and relationship to the individual are another area that can be explored within the work.
Dimensional Soul Retrieval
Dimensional Soul Retrieval is a guided journey through dimensions in which I remain in continuous interaction with the individual, responding to what they experience and allowing the journey itself to show us where to go next.
Within this work, parts of the soul may have been left behind through trauma, relationships, other lifetimes or dimensional experiences—but not necessarily through something painful. We can leave something of ourselves in moments of profound absorption as well: becoming lost in music, for example, or through certain altered states and experiences.
Retrieving these aspects is followed by a process of reintegration. What returns may carry qualities, understanding or “gifts” that begin to reveal themselves afterward—not necessarily dramatically in the moment, but through the person’s experience of everyday life.
Harnessing Solar Energy
Another practice within The Quickening is a guided visualization for harnessing solar energy. Together with the appropriate energetic template, this can become a practice the individual carries with them and can continue independently, allowing access to that connection whenever it is needed, regardless of where they are.
These are only some of the practices contained within The Quickening. Many can form part of the larger Spiritual Hygiene process, while they can also be offered individually when that is what the person or situation calls for.
Perhaps this is what draws me most strongly to The Quickening: it doesn’t give me only one tool. It gives me an extensive language of practices from which I can listen, respond and create work that is specific to the individual in front of me.

The 12 Cords of the Soul Column
The 12 Cords of the Soul Column are a little-known teaching about twelve energetic Cords to Source. The best known of these is sometimes referred to as the AKA or “silver” cord, yet within this teaching it is only one of twelve. The cords are not considered parts of us, but rather energetic instruments of connection, each serving its own particular function.
The Soul Column is described as existing above the head and as participating in the movement of information to and from our Akashic records, as well as in the transformation and transportation of energy. The twelve cords move individually and collectively around us, creating an intricate energetic system through which information and connection can flow.
Clearing the Cords
Over time, the cords can become obstructed or “dirty,” affecting the clarity and efficiency with which they function. Clearing them is therefore not something I see as a one-time accomplishment. The cords require maintenance. As someone becomes more familiar with their cords and their individual functions, they can also become increasingly sensitive to when something no longer feels clear and recognize when it may be time to work with them again.
When someone comes to me for their first cord clearing, I begin by talking with them. I listen for patterns in what is happening in their life and combine what they share with what I perceive intuitively. During the actual clearing, I work with each cord individually and pay close attention to what emerges.
The clearing itself can reveal information. After distance work, I send the person my findings together with an explanation of what I feel they may represent. I then ask for their perspective: Does this make sense? Do they recognize it? Where might they see this pattern operating in their life?
I consider that conversation important. My findings are not meant to replace the person’s own understanding of themselves. They become information we can explore together.
Working With the Timing
Soul Column clearing is unusual because the work is connected to specific astrological windows during which the cords are considered particularly accessible.
During a void-of-course Moon, I can work with one cord at a time. During the first three and the last three days of Mercury retrograde, one cord can be addressed each day. Solar and lunar eclipses also create important windows for this work, allowing the cords to be accessed and cleared during the time of the eclipse.
The most extraordinary window, however, is a Saturn Ring Plane Crossing—an astronomical event occurring roughly every fifteen years. During this rare event, all twelve cords can be cleared within a single day.
The work can be done in person or completely at a distance. A person receiving distance work does not need to stop their day, enter meditation or remain in a particular state while I am working. They can simply continue with their life. Once the clearing is complete, I share what I encountered and we explore its relevance together.
What Happens Afterward
Clearing is only part of the relationship with the Soul Column. What happens afterward matters too.
If the person already works consciously with energy, I may offer guidance on ways they can continue working with what emerged and support greater clarity in the cords. If they do not have an energetic practice of their own, I can suggest other ways we might address the patterns uncovered during the clearing and help reduce the likelihood of the cords becoming heavily obstructed again.
As people become increasingly familiar with this work, they may begin to recognize changes in clarity, perception, focus, intuition and knowing—and, just as importantly, begin to recognize when a cord no longer feels as clear as it once did.
Each individual cord clearing is relatively brief, generally taking me approximately 3–11 minutes, although what it reveals can open a much larger conversation. Occasionally, a person who is particularly attuned to the process may even experience sensations, perceptions or impressions that closely correspond with what I am experiencing while working with their cord.
For me, this is where the Soul Column work becomes particularly fascinating. Clearing the cords is one part of the practice; learning to recognize their language is another. With familiarity, what initially feels subtle can become something we learn to notice, understand and consciously care for.

Mayan Language of Light
Mayan Language of Light (LL) is a precise energetic language composed through geometry and color. Each geometry carries specific information, each color contributes its own meaning, and their placement and relationship to one another matter. When combined within a grid, they form something much like words becoming sentences, sentences becoming paragraphs, and paragraphs eventually becoming an entire story—one that describes how energy is intended to move around a particular positive intention.
The teachings come through a Mayan lineage extending for more than twenty known generations, with Starr Fuentes as the current lineage holder. What has been passed through this lineage is not simply a collection of beautiful symbols, but a structured language with its own principles, vocabulary and precise ways of constructing and working with grids.
Writing an Intention in Light
Creating a grid begins long before I place the first geometry. I need to understand what we are actually asking for.
Sometimes a person already knows exactly what they want. Other times, we talk—and often talk quite a lot—until we uncover the intention underneath the initial request. Language of Light is written toward the positive expression of an intention. I don’t construct a grid around the illness, problem or unwanted condition itself; we identify what is desired in its place and write toward that.
Once the intention is clear, I research and construct the grid according to the Language of Light system. Geometry, color, position and relationship are selected deliberately. Their arrangement is not decorative or intuitive placement simply because something “looks right.” The precision is part of the language.
The Grids
Different grids serve different purposes and periods of time.
There are 7-shape Chakra Grids, 49-shape Temporary Grids, and 144-shape Permanent Grids whose intention can extend beyond ordinary timeframes—even across lifetimes. A personal grid is also accompanied by a corresponding Community Grid, acknowledging that none of us exists entirely in isolation from the people and world around us.
Some grids have a relatively short life; others are created with a specific completion or expiration point. The 144 grids work beyond those defined timeframes. A grid can also be intentionally ended if the person no longer wishes to continue with it.
Once created, a grid may be printed and kept somewhere it can remain present—in a home, office, car or another appropriate space. Some grids call for more conscious interaction and viewing than others, while some can simply remain running in the background. And because the geometries themselves can be extraordinarily beautiful, they often exist quite naturally in a space as pieces of art.
Writing and Emanating
Language of Light does not exist only on paper. I can write a grid, work with it at a distance, or emanate the Language of Light directly. Emanation is almost like speaking the language without sound—the geometries and colors are transmitted energetically rather than physically drawn.
This makes LL incredibly flexible. It can be used for an individual, a relationship, an environment, a group or community, and for intentions touching virtually every area of life—physical, emotional, spiritual, creative, relational or practical—provided the work is directed toward a positive intention.
Consent is fundamental when I create a personal grid for someone. The person needs to want the work and participate in establishing what they wish to create. Emanation can function somewhat differently: what is appropriate can be received, while what is not appropriate to the individual simply dissipates.
Why Language of Light Became Part of My Life
Language of Light was my first modality from the Mayan lineage, but I experienced it before I learned to practice it. Grids had been written for me, and I began watching things in my own life change. Eventually, I wanted to understand the language behind what I was experiencing and learn how to work with it myself.
Today, LL has become something I reach for naturally. When I am working toward something in my own life, I will often write a grid alongside whatever practical actions or other energetic work I am already doing. I experience it as another way of supporting an intention—giving the energy a clearer direction and helping what is being created unfold more easily, more quickly and more gently.
Sometimes Language of Light is the work. Sometimes it accompanies another modality. Sometimes I simply recognize a moment in which emanating a geometry may be useful.
Perhaps that flexibility is what I love most about it. Through Language of Light, an intention becomes a story written in geometry and color—a story of how we are asking the energy to move.

Inter-Dimensional Signatures
Inter-Dimensional Signatures (IDS) are a form of manifestation work combining sacred geometry, mathematics and dimensional energy. An IDS is created around a very precise intention and designed to connect with possibilities beyond our immediate reality—drawing from dimensions in which that intention is already manifested and bringing that energy toward manifestation here.
The idea behind IDS is one of infinite possibilities. If there are realities in which different possibilities already exist, we do not necessarily have to create an intention entirely from the beginning. Instead, the Signature establishes a connection with the possibility in which what we are asking for has already occurred and draws that manifested energy toward this reality.
Precision Through Simplicity
Unlike some of the more elaborate work I practice, the intention behind an IDS is deliberately concise—usually one or two words at most.
Someone does not necessarily come to me asking for an Inter-dimensional Signature. They may simply come because there is an area of life in which they want support. Through conversation, we determine what they are actually asking to create and whether IDS feels like an appropriate tool for it.
From there, I reduce that intention to its clearest expression and construct the Signature specifically for that person, situation or creation.
Geometry Meets Mathemagics
At the foundation of an IDS is a bimagic square, bringing a mathematical structure into relationship with sacred geometry. Different bimagic squares can carry different qualities within the work—some may move with greater speed, others with greater depth—and I select the foundation according to what I am creating.
An Inter-dimensional Signature brings sacred geometry and mathemagics together through the use of a bimagic foundation. The intention is translated into a precise geometric form, where structure, sequence and color all contribute to the completed Signature.
What may appear at first to be an intricate piece of geometric art is therefore anything but random—every Signature is constructed specifically for the intention it carries.
Working With a Signature
An IDS can be created for almost anything that can be expressed clearly and concisely—an individual, relationship, project, business, home, opportunity or another area of life.
The finished Signature is personal to the intention for which it was created. Once I have written it, I can scan and send it anywhere in the world, so this work can be done entirely at a distance. The recipient prints the Signature and keeps it somewhere private, where it will not regularly be viewed by other people. This helps the work remain focused on the person or intention for which it was written.
I usually suggest placing it somewhere the recipient will naturally see it at least once a day—a private wall, the inside of a closet door, or another personal space. I keep the original Signature protected in my own files.
An IDS can remain active for a long time, generally until its intention has manifested. If someone decides they no longer wish to continue with an unmanifested Signature, it can be intentionally deactivated and destroyed.
IDS and Language of Light
Although Inter-dimensional Signatures and Mayan Language of Light both work with geometry and intention, I experience them very differently.
Language of Light allows me to be much more precise about how energy moves toward an intention. A grid can tell an elaborate energetic story and can involve substantial inner or shadow work along the way.
IDS does not write that same story. Instead, it reaches outward into the field of possibilities—toward a reality in which the desired outcome already exists—and draws from that manifested possibility. There is guidance within the Signature for how its energy will move, but the pathway is not constructed in the same detailed way as it is within an LL grid.
Sometimes I choose one. Sometimes I choose the other. And sometimes I use both.
Why IDS Became Part of My Work
My relationship with IDS began by receiving one myself. Someone created a Signature for me, and what it was written for, manifested remarkably quickly. I was fascinated enough by the experience that I decided to learn the practice for myself.
Then I started writing.
The more Signatures I created—for myself and for others—the more I discovered through the process, and I found that I had a natural relationship with this particular work. Eventually, people began asking me to teach it. I returned to the training, deepened my own understanding, and became a teacher of the practice as well.
I have learned over the years that there are many powerful practices, but not every practice belongs in every person’s hands in the same way. IDS is simply one that clicked deeply with me. I love creating them, I love discovering what each new Signature teaches me, and I continue to be fascinated by the possibilities they represent.
For me, an Inter-dimensional Signature is ultimately an invitation to possibility: if what we are asking for already exists somewhere within the field of infinite possibilities, what happens when we create a bridge to it?
